Secret Affairs Lingerie was designed to try and make every woman feel comfortable in underwear and lingerie. We know that each woman is a different shape, different size and different heights, no two women are the same, that's what makes us beautifully unique. The options you have when placing an order for your favorite piece is, you can have the standard sizes which are sizes 8 to 18. Or if you feel that you might be an in between size we are more then happy for you to forward your measurements and we will be able to make a more personal tailor made garment. The measurements must be accurate in order for a perfect fit, so it is absolutely imperative that you do your measurements correctly. If you are not sure how to we are more then happy to give you some helpful advice, and a helpful section on how to measure correctly.
Due to all garments, from standard sizes to tailor made, being 'made to order' you must choose very carefully, as we will not refund due to 'change of mind' or 'incorrect measurements' given. If there is a situation where you have given wrong measurements, we will be happy to correct it for a fee, if it can be fixed without the design be altered. Some things can not be fixed due to the nature of the design.
Particular garments only go to a certain size, due to alteration of design and final look.
Not all garments can be made to Tailor fit, due to the design and pattern of the particular garment, certain sizes alter the design and final look. We have given this information on the particular items in our boutique on whether or not you can choose to do so.
We do not give refunds of 'change of mind' or 'incorrect information'.
We consider refunding only in the extreme situation that the garment is 'faulty'. There are strict quality checks and testing before each garment is even wrapped. At Secret Affairs Lingerie we take the time to make you a quality product that isn't rushed and individual attention has been paid.
The reason for no refunds is that due to item being made, especially tailor made it would be impossible to find a exact size on some one else. And due to " HEALTH AND SAFETY" REGULATIONS.
