  • How do I take my Measurements?

    When you take your measurements, either in Cm's or Inches, you have to make sure that the tape measure is not too tight that it cuts into you, or too loose that it slides off you.

    Upper Bust: The first measurement you take is the top of your bust. By placing the tape measure around your chest underneath your arm pits.
    Bust: This is the circumference of where your bra sits. When measuring your bust you must wear a bra. To measure correctly make sure the tape measure sits straight across your nipples, which is the highest point!
    Under Bust: Is the measurement of where the bra wire sits.
    Waist: Your mid section.
    Hip: Lower torso.
    Shoulder to Under Bust: Top of your shoulder to bottom of your bra.
    Shoulder to Ankle: For long night gowns.
    Waist to Ankle: For Pajamas pants
    Shoulder to Wrist: Tip of your shoulder to length of your arm to wrist.

  • Can I choose a different color?

    You can choose a different color only when the option has been given.

  • How long does it take to make up my order?

    Because Secret Affairs Lingerie is a MADE TO ORDER company, we don't mass produce huge lines, each order is to be individually made for you and your size, that's where personal service comes to you. We state that it will take 4 to 8 days for your order with delivery. We will send an email letting you know how its going and when it has been sent. You will more then likely get it sooner, we will always keep you informed.

    Internationally with take 2-4 days longer, depending on how long it take your parcel to reach you.

  • How do I know when to expect my order?

    A final email will be sent confirming postage, and we will send you the registration details of your order.

  • What if the measurements I gave you are wrong, what happens then?

    If the measurements you gave us are wrong, you can send the item back to be fixed for a fee. There will be no exchange or refund due to incorrect information given to us, through no fault of our own.

  • How long do I have to use the gift voucher?

    You have 3 months to use the gift voucher from the date of issue, which will be stated on the voucher.

  • Can I give the Voucher to a friend?

    The gift voucher is only valid for the person who's name it has been issued to and only that person should use the voucher.

  • How many times can I use it?

    Only valid for one time use. If the entire amount of the Gift voucher is not used, we send you another voucher with the remaining amount for future purchases.

  • And can I use it on sale items?

    You can use the gift voucher on anything in our boutique.

  • Is the voucher redeemable for cash?

    NO, the voucher is not redeemable for cash, or credit funds.

  • Can I change my order?

    No. Please choose carefully due to our Made To Order policy.

  • What's the best way to look after my lingerie?

    We provide you with washing instructions and how to care for your garment to get the best use out of it.

  • Are all packages sent via registered post?

    Yes all orders are sent by registered post.

  • Do you deliver Australia wide?

    Yes, we deliver any where in Australia. ALL ORDERS ARE A FLAT RATE OF $10.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE.

    THIS IS ONLY BY REGULAR POSTAGE NOT EXPRESS POST.

    EXPRESS POST IF REQUESTED WILL HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes we certainly do World Wide delivery, just place the order and the rest is done for you.

  • What if I have multiple orders, does the postage go down?

    The postage charge will be changed accordingly. We do not charge more then necessary on the postage and handling.

  • What is included in the postage and handling fee?

    The fee includes the delivery by Australia Post, the registered post charge and the packaging.

  • How do I know what size is right for me?

    You should NEVER spill out from the top or bottom of the bra, the cup is too small if the bra cuts your breast in half. The bra is too small if it's tight around your lower bust, too big if your breasts fall out the bottom of the bra. The bra should always enhance your bust.

  • What happens if my order is lost or damaged during Transit?

    We take as much care as we can, that's why we register your parcel. But we can not take responsibility of your parcel once out of our hands and in transit. If you would like to take out insurance as an option, that's more then welcome. Once the order has left the premises we will not take responsibility.

    WE ONLY DO OUR PART AND WHAT WE ARE TOLD BY AUSTRALIA POST ON TIME OF ARRIVAL. WE CAN NOT CONTROL TIME OF ARRIVAL AS IT IS UP TO AUSTRALIA POST AND THERE SERVICES. SO PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE AN ORDER SHORT NOTICE.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    We only give refunds if the garment is FAULTY. Not through a change of mind. With our strict quality checks and testing, we guarantee best quality product to you. But if there are any problems we are more then happy to sort it out.
    So Please CHOOSE CAREFULLY. And When taking your measurement
    make sure that it is correct, as we can not resell your personal sized garment.
